1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the desimms2 platform and all its services. By browsing the desimms2 website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms.

Desimms2 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-site notice. Continued use of the platform following any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms and conditions are published in Bangla and governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
• These terms and conditions apply equally to the use of any desimms2 service.
• The English version of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered the final and binding version.

2Account Registration & Membership

To become a member of desimms2, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. desimms2 reserves the right to close any account that does not meet these requirements at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other required details at the time of registration.
• Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Providing false information during registration or engaging in identity fraud will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balance.

3Identity Verification (KYC) Process

Desimms2 conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to protect member security and maintain platform integrity. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain threshold or in specific circumstances.

KYC typically requires a copy of your National ID card or passport. Large withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete. All KYC information is strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.

• KYC documents are typically verified within 24–48 hours of submission.
• If a document is unclear or unacceptable, you will be asked to resubmit it.
• Declining KYC verification may result in restrictions being placed on your account.

4Deposit Policy & Methods

You can deposit at desimms2 using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. All deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

• Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed.
• No extra charges on deposits — desimms2 does not charge any processing fees.
• If a deposit fails, funds will be returned within a maximum of 24 hours.

5Withdrawal Policy & Conditions

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is in place to protect members' funds.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Standard member withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawing from a bonus balance requires the applicable wagering requirements to be met.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• desimms2 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious transactions.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Desimms2 keeps its bonus and promotion rules transparent so members can understand them easily. Claiming a bonus means you accept the associated terms.

• The wagering requirements for each bonus are listed separately on the bonus page.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Proof of completed wagering requirements must be recorded in the log before a bonus withdrawal can be processed.
• Proven bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of balance.
• desimms2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on desimms2 are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is independently verifiable. There is no human interference in game outcomes. It is the member's responsibility to review the game rules and RTP (Return to Player) information before placing each bet.

• Using any software or bot to play games is strictly prohibited.
• If a member is found to be exploiting a game's technical faults, any winnings will be forfeited.
• desimms2 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns detected on an account.
• Match fixing and the use of insider information in Sports Betting are strictly prohibited.

8Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited for all desimms2 members. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illicit financial activity.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or any attempt to hack it.
• Introducing malicious code or viruses into the desimms2 system.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Exploiting technical glitches in a game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward desimms2 staff.

9Account Suspension, Restriction & Closure

Desimms2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the circumstances listed below. Where possible, members will be notified before any action is taken.

• If any breach of these Terms & Conditions is detected.
• If false information provided during registration is proven.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• At the member's own request (temporary suspension or permanent closure).
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).

10Responsible Gaming Policy

Desimms2 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a solution to financial problems. We genuinely care about the mental and financial well-being of every member.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A cooling-off period of anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months is available.
• When a self-exclusion request is made, desimms2 will lock the account either temporarily or permanently.

11Dispute Resolution & Complaints

Desimms2 is committed to resolving any member complaints or disputes promptly and fairly. Contact us via live chat or email to raise a concern.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
• For complex disputes, a final decision will be communicated within a maximum of 7 business days.
• desimms2's decision shall be considered final — however, members may seek third-party arbitration.
• Any balance or transaction related to an ongoing complaint may be temporarily placed on hold.

12Policy Updates & Effective Dates

Desimms2 may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. For any significant changes, members will be given at least 7 days' notice. For minor updates, only the "Last Updated" date will change.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is effective from January 2026. In the event of any conflict with a previous version, the most recent version shall prevail.
